Narrated by Ayatollah Saaiedi
Hashemi was the special lecturer at Imam Musa kazem Mosque in Tehran within late 1960s

Shadid Mojahed Ayatollah Seyed Mohammadreza Saaiedi was born on April 2, 1929 and his father was Hojatoleslam seyed Ahmad Saaiedi. He lost his mother when was still a child and began his education by his father. He learned Arabic literature in Mashad and attended the classes for courses such as Feqh and Osul taught by great masters like Haj sheikh Kazem Damghani, Haj sheikh Hashem Qazvini and Haj sheikh Mojtaba Qazvini. Due to his brilliant talent and so much Endeavour of his the scientific stages were all passed through so quickly. After marriage he went into Qum seminary and over there enjoyed the classes held by Ayatollah Uzma Borujerdi and Imam Khomeini and eventually based upon so much perseverance he reached the position of Ijtehad and Estinbat.
Ayatiollah Saaiedi took various publicity trips for advocating Islam while studying as a seminary student and like so many other clergies he supported Imam and made lots of efforts aimed at helping Imam to comnat the Shajh's regime.
After the growth of Ruhaniat's movement and speeches delivered by Imam made people so much exited and enlivened. The ruling system arrested Imam and put him in prison at Eshratabad military base. Imam's students closed down the classes and began their sit-ins at Ulama and Maraaje taghlids' houses. Such protests were accompanied by the speeches offered by Ayatollah Saaiedi. These measures together with consultations with regards to ways of tackling the Shah's regime resulted in decisive resolution of Ulama, Fozalaq and Maraaje Taghlid for moving towards Tehran so as to demonstrate their objection and resentment. Shah's regime got so much frightened that finally released Imam. Imam Khomeni's movement had a long path to go which was really dangerous but Imam was determined to go on.
He had decided to defend dear Islam at the cost his own life and never get bullied by any barrier or threat. Ayatollah Saaiedi was invigorated by this strong will of Imam and spent most of his time and life on combating Shah's regime. He explained that once after meeting Imam the light of hope intensified inside him: "I went to Imam's house at the time of Maghreb and Eshaa prayers and wanted to have talks with him. He was ready to say his prayers and when he realized why I was there at that time he postponed saying his prayers and I told him: I am of the impression that as of this time on you will have fewer supporters. He said: what are you talking about? I swear to God that even if all the Jins and Ens unify to stand against me I will not back off since I have found the true path and I will not surrender to their pressures.
After that meeting and having listened to Imam's comments, late Saaiedi says: "By hearing his words I was so much invigorated and my spirits boost a great deal and my faith in the uprising and Imam's revolution increased significantly."
After returning to Najaf and at the discretion of Imam (Rah) he was elected as the Jamaat prayers' Imamat(conductor) at Musabne Jafar mosque in Tehran which turned into a front for fighting the Shah's regime and combat of Shahid Saaiedi in Tehran. The young gathered around him and through his scientific contributions they attained a great deal of insight into Islamic teachings. His efforts at this base of guidance and combating include: Tafsir (interpretation) of Quran along with successive speeches mainly delivered by himself, establishing library, inviting other lecturers from Qum city and …
He used to obtain the tapes on which Imam's speeches were recorded after bearing so much hardship and toil and then he would duplicate them to distribute/ he was the very person who had Imam's teaching notes in Najaf printed and reproduced.
SAVAK prohibited him from delivering speeches mosques but Ayatollah Saaiedi did not give in and continued his fight. He gave a very important lecture about Israel's crime and brutality in 1966 and that was the cause of his arrest and imprisonment for 61 days afterwards.in May 1970, Shah's regime invited the American investors to Iran so that they would apparently "Invest" in Iran but in fact that was a colonist attempt at submitting the country to the Americans. In the wake of that invitation all the prominent Qum's Ulama all issued a statement and warned people about that serious danger and threat. In the meantime, Ayatollah Saaiedi made a great deal of efforts aimed at foiling that plot and issued a communiqué in Arabic addressing the Islamic countries' Ulama and invited them to voice their objection and disagreement. He was once again arrested and put into jail at Ghezel Ghaaleh prison and underwent the most horrible and savage tortures leading to has martyrdom on June 10, 1970.
His corpse was handed over to his senior son the after his martyrdom and he was covertly buried in Vadiol-Iskam of Qum city.
Below some exemplary cases of his companionship and cooperation with "Hashemi Rafsenjani" have been presented while praying to God for His abundant blessings to his soul and commemorating the memory of that great man of revolution who departed us before the Revolution's victory:

Saaidi's inviting Hashemi to deliver speeches at Imam Musa Kazem mosque

Shahid Saaiedi made friends with some seminary students during the time he was studying in Qum city and they became his comrades years later at Imam Musa Kazem mosque. Such comrades had scientific interactions with Ayatollah Saaiedi and they were mainly outstanding masters and Ulama of Qum's seminary. Among them one may name men like ayatollah Khazali, Meshgini, Mohammadi Gilani, Hashemi Rafsenjani, Mr. Sotudeh, seyed Javad Alamol-hoda, seyed Mohammad Alamol-hoda, Rabbani Shirazi and ayatollah Jaafar Sobhani. Shahid Saaiedi often invited them, particularly Mr. Khazali and Mr. Hashemi Rafsenjani to deliver speeches at Imam Musa Kazem mosque.

Saaiedi, Beheshti and Bahonar informed Imam about Capitulation bill
Shahid Saaiedi and Shahid Beheshti together with Shahid Bahonar and Mr. Hashemi Rafsenjani were among those persons who informed Imam about that bill and provided him with an approved copy of it.

Meeting of Qum's seminary Ulama after Imam's exile in the presence of Saaiedi and Hashemi

After Imam was exiled, some of Qum's seminary Ulama held a meeting in Qum city and figures such as Montazeri, Meshgini, Shahid Saaiedi, Rabbani Shirazi, Mesbah Yazdi and Hashemi Rafsenjani participated in that meeting. At that certain assembly the resolution was adopted indicating that a statement should be released in which objection to Imam's arrest and exile must be expressed and that communiqué was issued in the name of Qum's seminary.

Imam Musa Kazem Mosque and hashemi's Spech in the presence of falsafi, Khazali, Rabbani Shirazi and Hashemi Nejad

Other than conducting mass prayers at Imam Musa Kazem Mosque
Shahid Saaiedi used to deliver harsh speeches condemning and criticizing Shah's regime over there and he also kept inviting various renowned and influential figures such as Mr. Mohammad Taghi Falsafi, Hashemi Rafsenjani, Khazali, rabbani Shirazi and Hashemi Nejad to lecture people. For instance, Hashemi Rafsenjani presented several harsh and biting speeches against Shah's regime at that mosque. Shahid Saaiedi turned that mosque – due to its significant position in south-eastern part of Tehran – into a combating base for the opposing forces.

Ayatollah Saaiedi who was barred from delivering speeches ast mosques attended the speeches made by Hashemi, Falsafi, Khazali and…

Shahid Saaiedi used to listen to the lectures delivered by those invited by him and usually those who were asked to address people had revolutionary traits and bravery so that their lectures were mostly provocative and slashing. Some of the figures invited to that mosque – as per the documents found in SAVAK's archive – were: Mr. Hashemi Rafsenjani, Mohammad taghi falsafui, Khazali, Fakhreddin Hejazi, Mohami, Aghighi, Niknam, Abdolrasul Hejazi and sheikh Morteza Salehi.
Another point in this regard was that Shahid Saaiedi was not allowed to give lectures at that mosque and SAVAK was so sensitive about his speeches so he tried to invite other scholars with the intension of evading monotonous sessions and also reducing the pressure exerted by SAVAK.
